Certificates of insurance, handled

Need a certificate of insurance?

Tell us who it's for. A licensed agent gets your COI issued and sent to your client — usually the same business day.

About a minute. An agent takes it from here.

Do you currently have business insurance?

No spam, no robocalls. An agent contacts you about your certificate.

What your client sees: one clean page of proof.

Already insured?

Make us your agent with one agent-of-record letter. Same carriers, same policies — but now someone picks up when you call, and your COIs get handled same-day.

Not insured yet?

There’s no COI without a policy — so we’ll quote your coverage first, then issue the certificate.

How it works

Three steps. You do the first two.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your business

Name, trade, and how to reach you. The form above takes about a minute.

  2. 2

    Tell us who’s asking

Your client’s name and address go on the certificate as the holder. That’s the whole ask.

  3. 3

We issue it and send it

A licensed agent issues your COI and sends it to your client — usually the same business day.

Why move your business here

Someone who’s there when you need them.

Insurance is paperwork until the moment it isn’t — the client waiting on a certificate, the claim, the renewal that jumped 30%. That’s when it matters whether there’s a person on the other end. Someone who knows your name, knows your business, and picks up.

  1. 1

    A person who picks up

No 1-800 number, no ticket queue. When you need a COI at 4pm on a Friday, you reach someone who knows your account.

  2. 2

In your corner at claim time

Something goes wrong, you call us first. We push the claim forward and translate the adjuster — we don’t disappear after the sale.

  3. 3

More than one carrier to choose from

Captive agents sell one company’s policy. As an independent agent, we quote across multiple carriers and tell you straight which one fits your trade.

  4. 4

    Renewals someone actually looks at

Every renewal gets shopped. If your carrier crept up, we move you before you overpay another year. Loyalty should go both ways.

How the move works: one page — an agent-of-record letter, signed by you on your business letterhead. Your policies stay with the same carriers; the agent servicing them becomes us. Most moves take one to two weeks, and most of that is a waiting period the carrier gives your current agent before the switch is final.

Questions

Straight answers.

Certificates sound complicated. They aren’t. Here’s what you’re actually dealing with.

What is a certificate of insurance?

One page of proof — usually an ACORD 25 form — showing your client your general liability, commercial auto, and workers’ comp coverage at a glance. It proves you’re insured without handing over your whole policy.

How fast can I get mine?

Usually the same business day, once we have your business details and your certificate holder’s information. If your policy needs a change first — a new vehicle, a coverage bump — we’ll tell you straight instead of guessing.

What if I don’t have business insurance yet?

Then there’s no certificate to issue — but that’s exactly the right time to talk to us. We’ll quote your policy first, then issue the COI off the new coverage.

What’s a certificate holder?

The person or company asking for proof — usually your client. Their name goes on the certificate, and they get notified if your policy cancels. Being listed doesn’t change your coverage.

What’s the difference between a certificate holder and an additional insured?

A certificate holder just gets proof. An additional insured gets coverage extended to them under your policy — usually through an endorsement, which can take longer and may cost extra. If your contract requires additional-insured status, tell us upfront.

I have insurance but I don’t know who my agent is. Can you still help?

Happens all the time — you’re not alone. The fix is one page: an agent-of-record letter, signed by you on your business letterhead, moves your account to us. Same carriers, same policies, but now there’s a person who answers when you call, and your COIs get handled same-day. Plan on one to two weeks for the switch — most carriers give your current agent a waiting period before it’s final, and we can’t issue on your policies until it clears.

Which states do you serve?

We’re licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Mississippi, Texas, California, and Colorado.

Does requesting a COI cost extra?

Requesting through us costs nothing beyond your insurance itself. If your policy is with us, certificates are part of the service.
